• Optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or Service at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services;
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Services without our prior consent;
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Billing:Certain features may require payment of fees, such as subscription plans or credit-based purchases. Prices and payment terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Third-Party Processors:Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
• Renewals & Cancellations:Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings.
• Refunds:All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. Please refer to your app store's refund policy for additional rights.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, AI models, trademarks, and content excluding User Content) are owned by the Company or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unpredictable results. You assume all risk for reliance on such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• loss of data, profits, or revenues;
• damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of your account.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• your use of the Services;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
